Training of content owners and publishers 
• SME on SharePoint, able to provide guidance to business partners looking for content and collaboration solutions 
• Defines and implements strategies to improve content delivery and discovery 
• Defines priorities and technical enhancements in partnership with technical team 
• Manages and collaborates with one team member 

Intranet strategy 
• Participates in defining a platform and content strategy for the SharePoint intranet 
• Works with business leaders to scope people, process, or technology change necessary to meet business needs 

Content Management Specialist 
• Contributes to broader Marketing’s content management efforts seeking to leverage content for client engagement and acquisition 
• Organization and governance of marketing content, taxonomy and management of content using a DAM 


Must have: 
• A minimum of 6 years related experience 
• Intranet content management, knowledge management or experience as a Corporate Librarian 
• Experience with SharePoint or similar content management systems 
• Experience in Content Management practices 
• User and client focused, having worked on a consultative position 
• Experience in training users and in user support roles 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
• BA/BS required 

• Deep SharePoint 2010 SME with experience in setting up complex content solutions 
• Experience in Intranet governance 
• Experience in managing a small team 
• Experience working with tech teams in translating business needs to requirements 
• Experience with marketing and sales systems (CRM, MRM, DAM or Marketing Automation) 
• Experience in Sales Enablement 
• Experience in SharePoint sites migrations and upgrades 
• MLIS/MBA or other relevant advanced degree
